As we know that APICET is scheduled for September 10th and 11th in online mode and there are very strong chances that exams for final year students may begin in first or second week of September and even this is possible that the date will be same as of APICET. But although you need not to worry because the dates of different exams are set as per the schedules of other exams so if you have APICET 10th and 11th then your exam might be scheduled for another day.

If it does not happens then you can write an application to the Hon'ble vice chancellor of your university addressing this issue and they will surely help you.

As this is the matter of student community and it is the matter of career of students so there are almost zero chances for collision of dates for different exams.
