The format of my name in my photograph in my NEET form is incorrect, it's Name-Surname instead of surname-name- father's name (the correct format according to my marksheet). Nta hasn't e-mailed me about any corrections in my form. Should I still correct it? Or is it fine if the format is different?

As you mentioned that you have incorrect name in your application form and considering nta hasn't mailed you regarding you're correction so i would advise you that if you are able to correct your name then kindly do it now itself.

The application form will be opened till 27th of May. Candidates need to enter their application number and password to get into the account.

Candidates are advised to check their details properly because once the details are submitted it cannot be edited.
