Correct Answer: Sardar Swaran Singh Committee

Solution : The correct answer is the Sardar Swaran Singh Committee .

The Sardar Swaran Singh Committee was set up by the ruling Congress government. The 42nd Constitutional Amendment Act of 1976 included 10 Fundamental Duties in the Constitution. This amendment added a new part, namely Part IVA of the Constitution. It contains only one Article 51A , which has all the fundamental duties incorporated in it. A fundamental duty was added to the Constitution of India through the amendment of the 86th CAA of 2002 .
