The house is built on leased land(leased by the government) and is greater than 100 sq. yards. Will it be eligible for EWS criteria since it is a leased plot and not owned by me?

Yes, it will be eligible for EWS criteria provided that all other required criteria are satisfied. In the EWS eligibility, it is mentioned that the house land owned by you should not be greater than 100 sq.yards and since you are not the owner of the house, this will be eligible for EWS criteria.

For further information, when you apply for EWS certificate in the office, you may ask the authority also (Just to be more sure).

Hope this helps.
