The id proof (license) which i entered in the application form is lost. Is it okay if i provide other alternative id during exam? Also will i be able to change identification details during correction window?

Hope you are doing well.
You can take out your another id at the time of exam. But if it is specifically told some instructions about ID, then you can't take another id. So read instructions before exam carefully.
