Dear Sammer ,

Yes you can upload the new one because in Cast certificate application or certificate number only changed remain every thing is same as per the old one ,so you can upload the newest one for the verification and at the time of physical verification you bring the both of certificate for the better undertesting counsellor .

In kcet application 11000 is income that income certificate is expired but I got new income certificate in this certificate 25000 is income it is valid for document verification or not.
