Due to heavy traffic some time your request doesn't reach to the server. You wait for few minutes and then open the website. If still it doesn't open, then you clear the cache memory if you are using chrome

C lick More tools Clear browsing data. Then open the site

The official JEE - Advanced site is currently down and they have stated that they regret the inconvenience caused by them. The official site is the only way of getting your result so the only option is to keep checking regularly.
