Correct Answer: 62 years

Solution : Correct Answer is  62 years

The removal process for Supreme Court judges is outlined in Article 124(4) of the Indian Constitution, and it also applies to chief justices. The chief justice serves in that capacity until he or she turns 65 years old.  Initially, it was 60 years for judges on the High Court. The Constitution (Fifteenth Amendment) Act of 1963 raised it to 62 years.
