Hi Raghava,
These are the codes used for different resservation provided in Karnataka PGCET. By HK it means seats reserved for students belonging to Hyderabad-Karnataka region which includes some districts Bidar, Gulbarga, Yadgir, Raichur, Koppal and Bellary. RK means Reserved category of Karnataka itself which includes SC, ST and OBC etc. and SPL is for Defence category students.
