Hii Adarsh!
The largest gland in the human body is Liver. It secrets bile juice. Liver functions as gland as well as organ. It produces bile , working as gland. Working as organ it helps in filtering blood and metabolising proteins and carbohydrates. It weighs 1.5 pounds and is the largest Internal organ.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!

Hey,

The l iver is the largest gland as well as the largest internal organ of the body.

It has the functions such as secretion of bile and decomposition of all the vitamins lipids and minerals that the body intakes. it also functions in the preparation of protein for the blood which helps the blood to clot in the body whenever necessary. The liver also has the function of detoxification of the body.

I hope this helps.

All the best!
