Correct Answer: 3

Solution : Largest six-digit number = 999999
Dividing by 198, we get:
Quotient = 5050
Remainder = 99
$\therefore$ The largest six-digit number divisible by 198 = 999999 – 99 = 999900
If the digits are rearranged,
Sum of all digits of the number = 0 + 0 + 9 + 9 + 9 + 9 = 36
36 is divisible by 3.
So, even if the number is rearranged then also it will be divisible by 3.
Hence, the correct answer is 3.
