Hari, you haven't mentioned the job you are applying for whether its a Private one or a Government one. But if your results will be declared in July and your interview is in September, you should certainly apply for it because by September you would have the results declared and you would be a Graduate. And then be default you become eligible for the post. So you should apply for the position. If it asks for the aggregate in the Application form, mention the aggregate you have score until now and if it asks for the month and year you have completed the course, mention month that your exams are due in. Your course is considered complete once you write the exams and so technically, you are doing it all right. So nothing to be worried about. Good luck.

see as for now you are a final year student, and since it is mentioned that graduation degree is must at the time of applying, so it is surmise that this profile is for candidates who are already passed. so as for now you are not eligible to apply.

See as you have already told that according to the description, graduation is required to be able to sit for interview. As your results will be out in July for last semester,you are graduated if you passed. So you must be allowed but things defer from company to company and you must call the HR or someone to clarify this thing
