Solution : The length of the cuboidal room = 80 m
The breadth of the cuboidal room = 70 m
The height of the cuboidal room = 80 m
Cost of painting per square metre = 50 paise
Area of four walls of cuboid = 2 × (Length + Breadth) × Height
= 2 × (80 + 70) × 80 m$^2$
= 2 × 150 × 80 = 24000 m$^2$
Total cost of painting four walls of room = Rs. (24000 × $\frac{50}{100}$) = INR 12,000
Hence, the correct answer is INR 12,000.
