There is no minimum rank as such for a non- local BC-B Candidate to get a seat in Mechanical Engineering. It all depends on the factors such as :
- Competition around you
- Number of students applying for the same field
- Availability of seats, etc
So,anyone can get a seat in Mechanical Engineering in some or the other college irrespective of your interest/choice of college.
