Hello Mufeed,

The number of lines of force from a charge of one coulomb will be equal to the electric flux through  closed surface enclosing a charge of one coulomb. According to Gauss law, The number of electric field lines that passes through a given surface is equal to 1/epsilon times the net charge enclosed by the surface.
