The OBC caste certificate that I have is of Maharashtra state, so how to produce one issued by central government so as to fulfill the criteria of OBC category under AIQ NEET counseling? Please help, this is a big worry

Hey,
There is no such thing as sanctioning your caste certificate from central government. All the category certificates are issued by the block department of a particular state. So don't worry the OBC certificate from Maharashtra state will be valid and it won't be a problem at time of NEET counseling.

But one of a careers 360 guy has strictly informed me to produce central obc certificate to seek admission through all india quota and said that state caste certificate won't work. So now can I be relaxed as I already have a caste certificate issued by my state although it doesn't match the central obc format?

Yeah. You actually need a different certificate for central admission purpose. But it is issued by the state authority itself and you must clearly mention that it is for central govt purpose so that they can separately mention that.
