The 7th Part of the Constitution was the States in Part B of the First Schedule, and the only article related to it was 238. It dealt with the Part B states in the Indian Union; the Part B states were former princely states or groups of princely states. The State Reorganisation Act of 1956 led to the complete removal of Part 7. According to this act, all the states were reorganised, to the omission of Part 7.
