The passport size photo that I have uploaded in neet 2021 application form is according to guidelines by nta, but it is little bright and sharp. Will it be accepted or my application form will be rejected?

there is no problem in your passport size photo unless it is totally faded and unrecognizable.
The passport size photo must be under the size described by NTA. Also they record the birthmarks also of the candidate to verify the candidate. So there is no problem.
