Solution : Given,
Perimeter = 91 cm
Length of two equal sides = 28 cm
Let the length of the non-equal side be $x$ cm.
Perimeter = Sum of all sides
⇒ $91=28+28+x$
⇒ $91=56+x$
⇒ $x=91-56$
⇒ $x=35$
Hence, the correct answer is 35 cm.
