The postcard size photo had to be same like the passport one coz my admit card photo have a blue background and for this they are asking white one. plz answer sir

No issues it just means the background should be a light colour light blue and white both will be okay.
The following are the criteria for passport and postcard photo required in NEET:-
Passport photo:-

Date of Photograph should not be later than September 1, 2019

Focus should be on face with 80% and more face coverage

Ears should be clearly visible

The photograph must be in white background.

There should be no scenery or other objects in the background of the photograph.

Cap or goggles are a big NO NO.
If you wear spectacles regularly then take a photograph with them on. Ideally one without them would be a better way to avoid the light glare on the specs.
Do NOT use Polaroid and Computer-generated photos for the NEET application.
Do NOT attest the photographs.
POST CARD PHOTO = The same passport size photograph can be used and resized to get the post card size photograph. Candidates must keep at least 4 to 5 of these in hand for counselling and admissions.
