the requirements include class 12 marksheet which isn't out yet, i have scorecard published by CBSE at the time of result, what should i do

Take a copy of the scorecard along with you since your original marksheets are not out yet. I am sure it will not be a problem. However, during the time of counselling you will have to produce your original marksheet for completion of admission procedure.
