The resistance of a wire is 5 ohm at 50c and 6 ohm at 100c. The resistance of the wire at 0c will be

5 = R0(1+ α(50) ...(i)
And
6 = R0( 1+ α(100).....(ii)
Dividing (i) & (ii),
α = 1/200
So, R0 = 4 Ω
So, the Resistance of the wire at 0 °C is 4 Ω
