The result of UP state quota counselling was declared yesterday but there is no allotment list.. So how are we gonna know about the cutoff?

You can try to look for allotment list in this link, http://www.updgme.in/schedule.aspx . since yesterday allotment has been done so it will need some time for the website to upload the allotment list. It's will definitely be uploaded in a couple of days. Have a little patience. You can continue to look through this link, since it's the official counseling website, every information will be updated first on this website. Server has also been a big problem because of its low maintenance. But surely in a couple of days you'll get the allotment list.
