The school declares that its till class 12 but students passing out of class 10 from the school are treated as externals and are asked to write entrance alomgwith the externals. Even a score of 92 to 96 cannot assure them a seat in the institute. why is it so???

See if the school have the policy changed then the student of the school also have to appear for examination. SO as per your question, I think your school have changed its policy of readmission to higher secondary course only through entrances and no home candidate will be treated. As a result every student are asked to give the entrance despite of having good marks.
