The seat surrender facility for surrender of round -1 seat of UG counseling 2020 is available till 2.00 p.m of 17 - 11 - 2020. What is it meaning ? Is it different than free exit ?

Hello,
Seat surrender exactly means that free exit.
You will withdraw from the seat allotted to you and you can now participate in the second round of the counselling process without losing your deposit.
But as per rules of the counselling you can do free exit only in the first round.

If we have not joined the college as per seat alloted in Round 1, do we need to do process of Seat Surrender.

what if we do not wish to participate in round 2 and dont want the seat alloted in round 1...how will i get money bck?

There is a free exit option only available for round 1 .
If you opt for this option your fee will be refunded.

If you wish to join the second round then don't attend the College doing so your seat will be cancelled and given to other candidates
