Correct Answer: $2(x^2+2x+5)$

Solution : Given: $(x+3)^{2}+(x-1)^{2}$
$=(x^{2}+9+6x)+(x^{2}+1-2x)$
$=2x^{2}+4x+10$
$=2(x^{2}+2x+5)$
Hence, the correct answer is $2(x^{2}+2x+5)$.
