Yes they are allow ,jee advance is only for iit selection .since if you have qualified jee mains then you can apply for jossa counselling.

Yes definitely they are allowed for JEE Main counselling.
Ranks of top 2.24lakh candidates are qualified for JEE advanced.
Ranks below that can definitely appear for JoSAA counselling.
All India rank admit card shall be soon out.
You can meanwhile check cutoffs for all colleges.
