I am assuming that you are asking whether the VIT Curriculum is on par with the requirements of the industry and the latest technology. Mostly all universities and institutes claim that they do have a curriculum that is on par with the latest trends. Now I suggest that you check the curriculum given on the university website so you can know. It is not much in the university's interest if it doesnt keep up with the latest so I think they must be on par.
