Solution : I. The number of girls in year Y6 is 9 percent of the number of boys in year Y6. The number of girls in year Y6 = 90 The number of girls in year Y6 = 100 $\therefore$ Percentage = $\frac{90}{100}\times100$ = 90% ⇒ Statement I is not correct. II. The average number of boys in years Y1 and Y2 are 80. Number of boys in year Y1 = 90 Number of boys in year Y2 = 70 $\therefore$ Average = $\frac{90+70}{2}=\frac{160}{2}=80$ ⇒ Statement II is correct. Hence, the correct answer is Only I.
