Solution : Given: The distance of the train is (110 + 132) = 242 m and its speed is 72 km/h.
We know that, $\text{Time}=\frac{\text{Distance}}{\text{Speed}}$
To convert km/h into m/s, we multiply by $\frac{5}{18}$.
72 km/h = $72\times \frac{5}{18}$ m/s
= 20 m/s
So, the time taken by the train to cross the bridge $=\frac{242}{20}=12.1$ seconds.
Hence, the correct answer is 12.1 seconds.
