The highly scoring chapters of physics are :-
Magnetism and emi - very easy but important, so don't try to leave this topic.
Kinematics - the questions can be directly asked on formula of range or time of flight. But you must work with relative motion.
Optics - very scoring part of jee mains and advanced, only when you know how to solve, otherwise this will be the tuffest chapter.
Units and dimensions - A chapter which will give you 4 marks in free.
Friction - just understand properly the two block problems.
Rotation - some think that this is hardest, but believe me, this is the easiest of mechanics, because for this you just need to remember the moment of inertia of all objects and you have concept of rolling as well as torque. Minimum three question can be hit in jee Mains.
FLUID MECHANICS - go thoroughly through the Bernoulli's equation and its techniques how to solve the questions.
Gravitation - Kepler's law, and geostationary satellites, and remember the formulas.
Current electricity - Kirchoff laws and problem solving tactics, also you must know how to reduce the complex resistors by using symtery.
These are some easy chapters but you must study all the chapters including MODERN PHYSICS wil this chapters is just lines atomic structure in chemistry, so, go with it.
Also don't leave any chapter behind.
While preparing for physics for jee main,
The topics you shouldn't skip and study thoroughly are as follows:-
1. Mechanics
2. Electricity and magnetism
3. Fluid mechanics and Thermal physics
4. Oscillation and waves
5. Optics
6. Modern physics
Hope this helps!
Best of luck!
Thank you.
