    Hi !

    You can only wait for the link to get response. It is the matter which is taken care by official authorities of the state. There must be some error in the server , the technical team will take care of this issue and it won't take much long as there is registerations all round the corner. You can write mail to the official helpdesk mailids. Maybe , they can give response and resolve the issue much faster.
