Yes, there is a course called B.Com Programme, which is slightly less heavier than B.Com Honors course. At the end of the day, both are almost same, but the Honors course has an additional Mathematics/business subject while the programme course does not.

If you want to go for a lighter course, do apply for B.Com. Delhi University is starting it's admission process soon, so be sure to fill up registration for that. A number of colleges there provide B.Com.
