There are 28 seats for general category in bhu so the best student also gets disqualified due to less number of seats for ba llb programe?

I hv given exam for bhu ba llb and i also want to go there to study law my exam was also good but i think due to less number of seats available i wont get chance but i desperately want to go ovrr there
