There are 23 IITs, and each has a lot of courses. To get into an IIT, you need to perform exceptionally well in JEE Advanced, and score a minimum of 75% in class 12. The marks you would need in JEE Advanced to get a particular course can vary each year depending on the paper difficulty, number of seats, number of people who gave the exam etc. Since you haven't mentioned what particular course you are talking about, I cannot give you a marks vs rank vs college list for the same. In order to get admission in IITs. A candidate needs to appear and qualify JEE Advanced with a satisfactory score. Not this score or rank varies from IIT to IIT and from Branch to Branch. A candidate needs to have a minimum percentage of 75% in 12th standard for General and OBC & 65% for SC and ST or they should be in top 20 percentile of their respective board.
