There are many specialists in a particular stream only.But i want to become a doctor that would know all treatments either it is of surgery or minor treatments.so what i have to choose in medical for knowing all the surgeries and treatments of body

You can become a surgeon if you are interested in performing surgeries! You analyse the patient's health condition, plan the surgery and perform it with the patient's safety in mind. You can specialise in any field in being a Surgeon. You can be a Cardiac Surgeon, Orthopaedic Surgeon, etc,. On your own effort and interest, you can get to know about the minor treatments which you are mentioning too!
