There are no seats for OBC Candidates in Maharashtra under 15 % all India quota so If I apply for it will I get any college.

There are OBC Seats in NEET 15% quota. Based on your rank you have less chances to get government seat for MBBS/BDS you have chances to get private seat.
You should apply for your state counselling and private colleges counselling which will conduct by MCC only.
