there are two types of nativity certificate given one for use within the state and one for outside the state.. which one is required for KEAM registration

If there is two Nativity certificates then I advise you to use the certificate which is given to use within the state for keam application
Nativity Certificate – Kerala
Nativity certificate is a document used to prove where a person was born and where his family resided at a point in time. Nativity certificate can be obtained from respective state Governments in India.

You have to show the certificate of you are a local candidate. The eligibility says that candidate should belong to Andhra Pradesh or Telangana state. The candidates should satisfy Local/Non-local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh &Telangana.
A local candidate should have studied in an educational institution in the state for no less than seven consecutive academic years till the academic year of appearing or first appearing of the candidates in the relevant qualifying examination to be considered as local candidates in relation to: Local area where they studied for the maximum period out of seven years.
