There's no issue in that and you are definitely eligible for NEET exam if you fulfil further eligibility criteria.
NEET Eligibility Criteria 2022
Candidates must have completed a 10+2 with core courses of physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology, and English from a recognised board.
Aspirants who have completed Class 12 or equivalent are also eligible to apply for NEET.
As on December 31, 2022, candidates must be 17 years old.
The percentage necessary in class 12 for the NEET 2022 test is different for each category and may be seen below. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 are solely taken into account for PCB courses and are as follows: UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45 percent.
The maximum NEET attempt limit for 2022 is unrestricted.
Aspirants who are Indian nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs, and Foreign Nationals are eligible to apply.

Yes, you are eligible for Neet examination, if you fulfill its below mentioned eligibility criteria, it doesn't matter at all even if you have 2 years of gap between your 10th and 12th, it won't affect you in any way, so nothing to worry about it:)

Here's the eligibility criteria for NEET 2022 :-
-----------) Qualification required :-As per Neet eligibility to be eligible for neet 2022 you must be either appearing for 12th board examination 2022 or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English as core subject.
†††Important Note :- Students with Biology as an additional subject are also provisionally eligible for neet until Supreme Court gives its judgement over it.

at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category

at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc

at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

Lower age limit:- to be eligible for neet 2022 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2022 .

Upper age limit :-The upper age limit is 25 years as on the date of neet examination and there's relaxation of 5 years for obc ncl/SC/ST /PwBD students means upper age limit is 30 years for these categories.
†††† But since 2018, the case of upper age limit is pending in supreme court , and so there's no upper age limit as of now until supreme court gives its judgement over it.
