there is already a different column for mbbs degree certificate and state registration certificate..then what should be uploaded in the column of college recogonised certificate

Hi,
Well column recognised certificate will be your college education certificate that you received after you completed your internship and completed the MBBS education and I think you have to upload the same in that column.
