There is any chance to get admission in any gvt medical college for mbbs with scoring 450 marks inneet 2019 for sc candidate?

Most probably yes.

For All India Quota, a score 450+ can easily fetch you a seat in a Government College in SC Category.

Moreover cut off will be 20-30 marks (on average) for a state as compared to all india quota cut off.

My suggestion-

Aim for 450+ score to get a decent Government Seat in Medical under SC category.

It is difficult to predict the college because as per now the results are not released.
