there is any scholarship in iiits based on financial condition?

There are many scholarships in all the colleges for various categories of students. If you fulfill their criteria for the scholarship then you obviously will get the scholarship. But you will have to pay the college fee first and then after 2-3 months you will get the scholarship amount in your account.
