there is available an application form in IPU CET . is it opened till now? can i fill and do payment till now in this form?

Yes, IPU CET forms of some courses are available on the ipu website. Most of the undergraduate courses have already expired. Their test has been conducted and even the results are out. But, some post graduate courses CET is remaining. You can check on their website about your course.
