There is my name in provisional merit list of delhi candidate gen category dpsru for bpt which is released today. Does it mean I can get admission ? What should I do next ?

Yes, if you submit some fee during counselling ASAP, that time your seat will confirmed. Let me explain in detail about provisional merit list:-
The provisional merit lists and the first lists are the same thing. Every college, as per its selection criteria publishes it’s 1st list of the selected students for admission (this list usually comprises of the students with the highest marks/percentile). If a number of seats are still left vacant, then a college prepares a second list to fill them up, and so on.
