there is no center option to enter in SHUATS application form. Where would i get center? when will be entrance exam held for ug course?

The official website http://shuats.edu.in/admission2020/admission_procedure.asp states that few Undergraduate and few Post Graduate courses have College level exam and while for the rest of the courses, the admission is based on marks scored in the qualifying examination.
