You have tagged JNU Entrance Exam, but you haven't clearly stated about downloading link for what, is it regarding admit card, if it's so then admit card isn't released as of now, but it's expected to be out soon, you can follow the official website at http://jnuexams.nta.ac.in/ regarding this, JNUEE which is the entrance test conducted by the university is to be conducted from 20th to 23rd September, you can visit our page at https://university.careers360.com/articles/jnu-admission
