See BCA is a course which doesn't requires Mathematics compulsorily in 10+2. So its completely fine for you to pursue BCA after your 12th PCB. Now during the job interviews, the key skill which will be judged are your coding skills. So if you can build a good coding skill, you are all set up to land a great job position.
So don't worry about this things & focus more on your curriculum.
