While pasting the passport sized picture make sure that your details such as name, dob, etc do not get hidden or any other information for the matter. If your photo is somehow greater than the required passport sized dimensions then you can cut the edges to adjust it.

In NEET 2020 Admit Card you have to paste your latest passport/postcard size photograph which you have uploaded during the application and the size of photograph should be 4"*6".
You also have to carry at least two same photographs with you at the exam center. The photograph you can padte on the admit card before leaving your hone, at center you have to only sign the undertaking mentioned in your admit card in front of the Invigilator.
