- Class X / SSC / Class XII / Undergraduate/ Postgraduate Marksheet
- Permanent Address (Passport/ Voter id / Driving license of parent/ Ration Card) Proof
- Photograph
- Signature
And the format of scan documents should be-
- Photograph 1 MB JPEG/ JPG
- Signature 1 MB JPEG/ JPG
- Address Proof Certificate max 300KB JPG and PDF
- Marksheet 5 MB JPG and PDF
