Dear P vasavi Naidu,
Yes you need to upload scan of original documents only.
You need to upload following documents

Class X / SSC / Class XII / Undergraduate/ Postgraduate Marksheet
Permanent Address (Passport/ Voter id / Driving license of parent/ Ration Card) Proof
Photograph
Signature

And the format of scan documents should be-

Photograph 1 MB JPEG/ JPG
Signature 1 MB JPEG/ JPG
Address Proof Certificate max 300KB JPG and PDF
Marksheet 5 MB JPG and PDF
